The most common weather structure uses il fait + adjective:

| Il fait sec. | It's dry. |
| Il fait lourd. | It's muggy/heavy. |
| Il fait bon. | It's pleasant (temperature). |
| Il fait 20 degrés. | It's 20 degrees. |
