Dialogue: A Holiday Story

Sabine: Du, ich muss dir etwas erzählen! Mir ist im Urlaub etwas total Verrücktes passiert.

Klaus: Erzähl! Was ist passiert?

Sabine: Also, wir waren in Spanien, in Barcelona. Am ersten Tag sind wir zur Sagrada Família gegangen. Wir standen in der Schlange, und plötzlich hat jemand hinter mir auf Deutsch meinen Namen gerufen!

Klaus: Nein! Wer war das?

Sabine: Stell dir vor — es war meine alte Schulfreundin Maria! Wir hatten uns seit zehn Jahren nicht gesehen!

Klaus: Das ist ja unglaublich! Was für ein Zufall!

Sabine: Ja, total! Dann haben wir natürlich den Rest des Tages zusammen verbracht. Wir sind durch die Altstadt spaziert, haben Tapas gegessen und die ganze Zeit geredet. Am Ende haben wir Telefonnummern ausgetauscht und uns versprochen, uns bald wieder zu treffen.

Klaus: Das ist eine tolle Geschichte! Habt ihr euch seitdem gesehen?

Sabine: Ja, sie hat mich letzten Monat in München besucht!
