The final week before your LNAT is not the time for intensive new learning. It is the time for consolidation, maintenance, and rest. The skills you need for Section B should already be developed — this week is about ensuring they are sharp, your confidence is high, and you arrive at the test centre in the best possible condition to perform.
This lesson provides a day-by-day plan for the seven days before your LNAT.
| Principle | Rationale |
|---|---|
| No new techniques | You should not be learning new skills at this stage. Use what you already know. |
| Reduce volume | Fewer essays, not more. Over-practising in the final week leads to fatigue and burnout. |
| Build confidence | Choose practice topics you feel comfortable with. This is not the week for stretching yourself. |
| Prioritise rest | Sleep and mental freshness are more important than one more practice essay. |
| Maintain routine | Keep your daily routine stable. Do not make dramatic changes to your schedule, diet, or sleep pattern. |
