A group of friends regularly skip their college lessons. One of the group, Priya, has started going to lessons even though the others tease her about it. She says she finds it easier to stay away from the group now that another classmate, Tom, has also decided to attend regularly. Priya adds, "I have always believed that what happens to me is down to the choices I make, not luck or other people."
