Here is the great news: the conditional tense uses the exact same 12 irregular stems as the future tense. If you have already learned the future irregular stems, you already know the conditional irregulars. The only difference is the endings: instead of -é, -ás, -á, etc., you use -ía, -ías, -ía, etc.
